Every unit that arrives, is held for an order, ships or comes back is one ledger entry. Each channel is told a figure you control: a safety buffer, a share in percent and a cap per channel, so two marketplaces never sell the same last unit.

Open orders from every channel in one list, refreshed every 20 minutes. Ship with a bol.com label or a Sendcloud label, confirm the shipment to bol.com with one click, and the stock moves and the other channels are updated in the same step.

Stays just below the cheapest competitor on bol.com and Amazon, inside a band you set, with an absolute floor. It never undercuts your own offer and it stops lowering the moment you hold the buy box.
Invoices and packing slips
A PDF invoice for every order with your company name, KvK and VAT number, delivered to the buyer. A packing slip for the warehouse. Generated on its own as orders come in.

Will Depotely buy shipping labels without asking?
No. Delivery options are fetched for every order, but a bol.com label is only bought when you switch automatic label buying on, or when you confirm a “Verzenden via bol.com” order yourself. A seller shipping with their own carrier never pays for a label they did not ask for.
What does bol.com see as my stock?
Your free units minus the buffer you set, times the share you give that channel, capped where you want it. Units held for an open order on any channel are never offered twice.
Which credentials do I hand over?
For bol.com a Retailer API client id and secret you create in your seller account; Amazon, Shopify and Etsy use their own sign-in consent pages. Secrets are stored encrypted and are never returned by the app, not even to you.
Can my colleagues use my account?
Yes. Invite them to a seat with a role; they work inside your account with their own login, and the activity log records what each person did. Billing stays with the owner.
What happens when I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that the account falls back to the free state: one channel and 50 orders a month, and paid features such as the repricer stop, but your data and connections stay.
